How the quote works
- Step 1
Survey
A 15-minute video walkthrough or an in-person visit. We count furniture, boxes, stairs, and parking access.
- Step 2
Written flat quote
One number covering crew, truck, fuel, pads, and tape. No stair fees or fuel surcharges added later.
- Step 3
Lock your date
A $100 deposit holds your date. It comes off the invoice, and it is refundable up to 72 hours before the move.
What is included on every move
Every Cumberland move, local or interstate, includes the same baseline. It is on the quote sheet, not a surprise on the invoice.
- Furniture pads, stretch wrap, floor runners, and door jamb protectors
- Disassembly and reassembly of beds, tables, and standard furniture
- A written per-item inventory checked at load and again at delivery
- Released-value coverage included, full-value protection available on request
